- The rates listed above apply exclusively to Indian nationals unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
- All bookings are subject to the availability of airfare and hotel accommodations at the time of booking.
- Quotations are provided without any confirmed reservations for airlines, transportation, or hotels. Once the guest accepts the quotation and an advance payment is made via cheque or cash, the booking process will begin. If we are unable to confirm the services, the advance payment will be refunded. For packages booked under our Airline Group Packages, airline tickets may be issued two days before the group’s departure.
- Extra beds or mattresses will be provided according to hotel policy. If an extra mattress is offered in place of a bed, it will still be treated as an extra bed.
- Base category rooms will be reserved unless otherwise specified in the quotation. If the selected hotel is unavailable, a room in a similar or higher category hotel will be arranged, with any price difference to be paid by the guest.
- Any changes to the travel dates of air tickets will be treated as a cancellation. New tickets will be issued at the current applicable fare, and cancellation fees for the original tickets will apply as per the airline's policy.
- Any changes to the travel dates or itinerary must be communicated to us in writing. The revised confirmation will depend on the availability of the hotels for the requested dates, and the cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services in a tour package. It is at the guest's discretion whether or not to use the services.
- Please ensure you carry a valid photo ID (passport for international travel) for identification at airports and hotel check-ins. PAN cards are not considered valid identification, so kindly avoid using them.
- The standard check-in time at most hotels is 2:00 PM, with check-out at 12:00 PM. Meal provisions, including breakfast, are aligned with the number of nights booked. Generally, breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- Guests are responsible for settling any charges for early check-ins or late check-outs directly with the hotel.
- The package cost does not cover expenses resulting from factors beyond our control, such as delays or cancellations of rail, flight, or vehicle services, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, natural disasters, or political disturbances. These costs must be borne by the client. Ritual Holidays is not liable for these expenses, and no refunds will be provided for unused services. Additionally, air conditioning will not function in hill areas or when vehicles are stationary or parked.
- The itinerary provided by the travel consultant is tentative and subject to change. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, as the final version is confirmed only after hotel bookings are secured. If multiple destinations are included and accommodations at the selected hotels are unavailable, similar category hotels or nearby alternatives will be arranged to ensure you can visit the destinations listed in the itinerary. if the client decide to cancel under these circumstances, the cancellation policy will be enforced.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the bookings, and any deposits made will be non-refundable, If payments are not made according to the specified policy. Additionally, if travel begins without the full balance being cleared, the company will not be held responsible for any inconveniences experienced during the trip.
- Visa approval is not guaranteed; however, Eazybreaks can assist with the visa application process for international travel. If the visa process fails, the cancellation policy will apply, and the client will be charged accordingly.
- For international travel, rates may fluctuate due to changes in the ROE (Rate of Exchange) or other international market factors, and are also subject to availability.
- Budget packages are designed specifically for budget-conscious travelers and are not recommended for families. These packages cater to those with limited budgets, and no claims will be accepted regarding the quality of services provided by hotels or transporters in such cases.
- It is strongly recommended to adhere to the travel itinerary. If travelers choose to deviate from the planned schedule, they will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, etc. Refunds will not be issued for any services that remain unused during the tour.
- As Ritual Holidays acts solely as an agent, we hold no liability for any part of the booking, including illness, personal injury, death, loss, delays, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any service provider or third party, unless due to our own negligence.
- All services guaranteed by the company are contingent upon full payment before departure. If payment is made by cheque, the tour package or its components will only be confirmed after the cheque has cleared.
- The Company reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:
- Cancel a tour package or tour component prior to the departure date. In such cases, the Company’s liability is limited to refunding all amounts paid by the client towards the tour package or component.
- Modify, change, adjust, or cancel any tour, holiday, excursion, or service it has advertised or published, or replace a hotel with one of comparable class if considered necessary or appropriate. In either situation, the Company will not be responsible for any damages, extra costs, or indirect losses incurred by the client or group.
- No individual, other than the Company in writing, has the authority to modify, add to, or waive any description, representation, or terms and conditions set forth herein, in the Company’s brochures, or other terms and conditions regarding the tour booked by the client with the Company.
- If the Company exercises its right to amend or alter any tour advertised in its brochure or other media after the tour or holiday has been booked, the client may:
- Proceed with the tour or holiday as modified or adjusted.
- Accept any alternative tour or holiday offered by the Company. In either case, the Company will not be liable for any damages, additional expenses, or consequential losses experienced by the client or group.
- Ritual Holidays operates as a travel agent, arranging travel services and selling travel-related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hire companies, and accommodation providers. Eazybreaks provides no guarantee or assurance concerning the services provided or the products purchased. If travel services or products are not provided in accordance with your booking, your remedy lies with the service provider, not Ritual Holidays.
- The Company shall under no circumstances be liable to the client or group for:
- Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delays, increased expenses, or consequential damages, however caused.
- Any action, inaction, or failure on the part of any hotelier, carrier, travel service provider, or any individual, including employees or agents engaged by the travel service provider, who may be involved in providing accommodation, refreshment, carriage, or service for the client or group, however caused. The term "however caused" includes negligence on the part of any such person.Meals offered on the package will only be veg unless and until specified. Incase if non veg meals are requested by the guest supplement cost will be charged extra.
- The Company’s liability under this contract for any tour, holiday, or excursion is limited to the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for that specific tour, holiday, package, or excursion. The Company will not be responsible for any consequential damages or additional expenses.
- The cost of the ticket does not include any insurance premiums. The Tourist or Group will need to cover any such premiums at their own expense.
- All tour programs and packages are subject to applicable laws and regulations. The Company shall not be liable for any circumstances resulting from these laws or from acts of God.
- Any complaints related to the tour must be submitted to the Company in writing within twenty-one (21) days from the tour's conclusion. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered. Complaints from individual group members must be submitted by the Group Leader.
- Eazybreaks will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service shortcomings provided by our suppliers, including hotels, transporters, and airlines.). Our liability is limited to the service charges.
- All claims, disputes, and legal actions related to tours arranged or coordinated by the Company will be governed by Indian laws and be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
- The Company will not be liable for any refunds, compensation, or claims related to reduced tour days, cancellations, postponements, or rerouting of transport services due to reasons such as fog. Cancellation charges and refund policies will apply as per the terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation charges will apply per person for package bookings:
- More than 30 days before the travel date: 20% of the package cost
- 30 to 21 days before the travel date: 30% of the package cost
- 20 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of the package cost
- 14 to 10 days before the travel date: 70% of the package cost
- Within 10 days of the travel date: 100% of the package cost
For Cruise bookings, cancellation charges will follow Cruise’s policies.
For Air Ticket bookings, airline cancellation rules will apply.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 25% of the total tour cost is required to initiate the booking if the travel date is more than 30 days away.
- 75% of the total tour cost is required after confirmation/holding of your booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 10 days before the travel date.
- If the package is booked within 10 days of the travel date, 100% of the total cost is required upon confirmation.
